The United States Cosmic Whip only ships to the U.S. We are yet to offer sales in other countries and regions.

We need a full street address for delivery purposes. Rural route numbers are Okay, but may result in longer delivery times. We also ship to personal mailboxes.

We don’t recommend shipping to a P.O. Box; however, if your only option is a P.O. box, we deliver to P.O. boxes under the following conditions:

• The Address 1 or Address 2 lines must contain one of the following variations: POBOX  #, POSTALBOX  #, POSTBOX  #, POSTOFFICEBOX  #, or BOX  #, where # is a P.O. box number.
• Letters in the address can be uppercase or lowercase.
• Any of the following separator characters between letters: . , ; : # < > or a space.

We don’t deliver to these P.O. boxes:

• In Puerto Rico.
• If the package is FedEx only it won’t be routed to deliver to a P.O. Box.

Shipment tracking, times, and cost

Cosmic Whip will charge your selected method of payment when your item ships. If you order contains more than one item, we will issue an authorization to your payment method for the full amount at the time of your order or soon after, and then charge you for each item when it ships. This may result in more than one charge for items in one order. The total charges will add up to the final amount for the overall order.

If you’d like to follow your order, follow the track option. You can also make changes in the name and address associated with your own login account, which is also the shipping address.

Our business days are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, or after 12pm PST, the order will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times through Microsoft Store may take longer around holidays or due to circumstances out of our control. Our carriers don’t deliver on the weekend or holidays.

Ground Shipping

As part of our ongoing commitment to reduce our environmental impact, Cosmic Whip is offering our customers ground shipping on eligible orders shipped within the contiguous US, which is our shipping method that results in the fewest carbon emissions. Standard parcel air freight can emit more carbon into the atmosphere than parcel ground shipping (based on calculation of carbon emissions for parcel ground shipment compared to standard parcel air shipment for orders shipped from distribution to customer location within the contiguous US, as conducted by Microsoft based on the Global Logistics Emissions Council Framework, which Microsoft adopted in January 2020).
